FAQs
Can I wait while you diagnose my vehicle?
We recommend leaving your vehicle with us for at least a day whenever possible.
Some problems can be diagnosed quickly, but many require additional testing, research, or time spent reproducing the concern. Diagnostics often involve periods of observation, waiting for systems to complete tests, or allowing the vehicle to cool or reach operating temperature.
Leaving your vehicle with us gives us the time and flexibility needed to thoroughly inspect the problem and arrive at a confident answer rather than a quick guess.
Can I provide my own parts?
To provide the best experience and stand behind our work, we normally supply the parts used in our repairs.
We carefully select parts based on quality, fit, availability, and long-term reliability. Every repair also includes our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty, and using parts that we source allows us to confidently support both the repair and the components installed.
If you have questions about a specific part or circumstance, we're always happy to discuss the options.
Do you install used engines?
Yes. However, a failed engine does not always require replacement.
Many engine problems can be repaired, and in some cases repairing the original engine is the best long-term solution. When replacement is appropriate, we carefully inspect the related systems and address any underlying issues rather than simply replacing the engine and moving on.
Whether we're repairing or replacing an engine, our goal is the same: to provide a reliable, long-lasting repair.
